The usual processing steps are as follows:
- After placing the order, we need 1–3 business days for preparation – often we manage even faster. On weekends or holidays, slight delays may occur.
- After processing, the package is shipped. The average delivery time is 6–12 business days.
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your order online. The instructions can also be found on our tracking page.
