Return and Refund Policy

Important information

  • 30 days to return products
  • Refund within 14 days
  • No restocking fees
  • Return costs are borne by the customer
  • Product exchange is possible

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled until the moment of shipment. Write to us at info@chicelisse.com and mention the order number. If the package has not yet been sent, we will cancel it without any issues. If the product has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Return/exchange process

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it – without the need to specify a reason.

Before returning, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Products have not been worn or washed
  • Original tags are intact
  • Ideally, return the product in the original packaging

In other words: you can try it on, but do not wear it for a full week before returning it.

If the products meet these conditions, contact us at: info@chicelisse.com. We will send you a return label that you can print.

Refund

After we receive your returned package (please use a delivery method with tracking and share it with us), we will check the condition of the products.
If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 14 days from the approval of the return.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Occasionally, it may happen that a product arrives damaged or different from what was ordered (for example, wrong size or color).

Don’t worry – we are here to help! Take a photo of the product, note the order number, and send us a message at info@chicelisse.com with a short description of the situation.

In most cases, we will send a new product at no additional cost.
